Rpm I would recommend to anyone. They have great customer service and techs. They got me on the schedule next day. The technician explained everything in great details. They also repaired my sons ac unit. If you are looking for a good place to use, use RPM.
Amazing people and amazing work!! A scammer had tried to use this company’s name to rope me in and after finding out he didn’t actually work there, RPM got a new customer out of me! I am incredibly happy with their communication, the follow through and service. They were easy to schedule with, and the technicians were very nice and helpful, also on time and clean! Well our AC went out last week in the middle of our heat wave. Horrible and I had to stay at a hotel to beat the heat. I had already been getting quotes to get a new system. The house is old and most companies wouldn't just fix the AC alone. RPM was no exception.I knew my system was going to die soon since the freon leaked out a month ago and the guy couldn't find the leak. The old gas is hella expensive and the system is old and has to be updated.With the pandemic and other supply problems prices went up by 30%. To replace the HVAC was going to be a lot of money. RPM was able to give me a price that I could live with. It was much lower than the competitors and I was so happy they could fit me in. I was scheduled a few days after the quote.Their installers were so professional. They put down plastic and drop clothes in they area they were walking on. Cleaned up all their mess and vacuumed.It only took them 7 hours to completely gut my old system and put in a new one. It is networkable to. Plus I upgraded to a 4.0 from a 3.5. I expect to use less energy and plus the thing should be stronger. I noticed right away it was quieter.I thought the bigger unit would blow out air faster but because of energy efficient it doesn't. It was 77 upstairs and I turned just the upstairs on and within 10 minutes it was 71 pretty fast.They did a great job. Thanks
The response from RPM was so fast. I contacted them on Friday and they were here on the Tuesday after the 4th of July. I have anxiety issues with dealing with service and repair situations but they were prompt, did exactly what they said they would. No upwelling or gloom and doom stuff. Billing was super efficient. Will definitely be my go to from now on. Thanks guys!
I called when my new AC unit was not blowing cool air. It was a hot day and set to be a hot week. They had some one come out that morning, diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. They even came back out 2 weeks later to be sure everything was okay. Working with them is a breath of fresh air. They are honest and fair. Highly recommend!! Thank you Tammy!!!
