  • Full Stack .Net Web Developer

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and troubleshoot modern web applications, including front-end and back-end implementation.
    • Follow established application server API standards, and extend them when necessary.
    • Use a relational database programmatically and interactively to support application development.
    • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to define and prioritize new application features and enhancements.
    • Provide Tier 3 customer support for application functionality issues.
    • Manage Online Software Development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
    • Work collaboratively with development team, lead architect and the president to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation.

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 3+ Years working with C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • 3+ Years OOP based development
    • 3+ Years RDBMS design and development experience with MS SQL Server, including schema design, stored procedures and triggers
    • Good understanding of HTTP, REST, Windows Services, and Transact SQL

  • Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities:

     

    Cedaron is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist that will be responsible for evaluation and testing of new or modified software products and software development processes used to verify that software products function according to end user requirements.  This role will define, revise, and verifies quality standards and test processes and procedures/ automated scripts for software design, development and product evaluation to attain quality of software effectively and efficiently.

    This Cedaron Quality Assurance Specialist will be a member of an agile product team and involved in the entire sprint lifecycle, from reviewing user stories to ensuring there are good requirements, designs (with an emphasis on the testability and correlating design decisions with requirements), documentation (especially that which is delivered to the customer), code and tests, and final released packages in place as needed. The QA Specialist will participate in all planning and technical meetings so that he/ she can help drive test-driven (or acceptance-driven) design. The QA Specialist will be included in all sprint reviews and retrospectives, so that he/ she can contribute to the process improvements. The QA should also be in every daily stand-up meeting, so that he/she knows what new functionality is ready for testing, and can provide feedback to the rest of the team regarding technical issues or process roadblocks.

     

    Essential Functions:

     

    • Reviews and analyzes business requirements, including any available project documentation such as functional specifications, technical design or technical requirements document, diagrams and flowcharts
    • Writes test plans which enforce the acceptance criteria of features
    • Keeps all test plans and cases updated to changing requirements
    • Continually integrates the code base with automated builds and functional-level regression tests
    • Notifies when production is blocked due to errors in development
    • Measures, defines and improves quality
    • Enforces QA Best Practices
    • Provides visibility into end-to-end product quality
    • Owns QA Health status of releases/projects in product development status dashboard
    • Provides QA level of effort to the Project Manager related to the specific project work
    • Creates and maintains test data.
    • Designs, creates, tests, and executes test case scenarios.
    • Analyzes results and improves future testing iterations.
    • Uses statistics for basis of conclusions.
    • Understands and follow the Change Management process and document QA procedures as they relate to the Change Management process.
    • Uses automated testing tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing environment.
    • Responsible for regression testing where the intent of testing is to determine if bug fixes have been successful and have not created any new problems.
    • Responsible for Configuration Testing to determine how well the product works with a broad range of hardware/peripheral equipment configurations as well as on different operating systems and software as necessary.
    • Continuously works on improving communication between Engineering, Implementation, Customer Service and Executive Management.

     

     

     

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    Education:

    • A bachelor’s or master's degree in software design, and engineering computer science
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in health care software products QA work. Direct experience with health care and HIPAA preferred.

     

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • An understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
    • Knowledge of SQL and scripting
    • Working experience in software development and software quality assurance
    • Knowledge of the current trends and latest advancements.
